Rain Flower Stones is operated by Eastmere Group LLC. All orders are packed and shipped from Nanjing, China.
Shipping Destinations and Rates
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Shipping charges are based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, in USD:

Orders of $50 or more: free shipping.

Orders below $50: $10 shipping per order.
Import duties and import taxes are covered by us. If you are asked to pay these charges upon delivery, please contact support@rainflowerstones.com so we can resolve the issue.
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in China.
If we cannot dispatch your order within this timeframe, we will contact you with an updated dispatch estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Estimated Transit Times
Orders are shipped through YunExpress. Estimated transit times begin when YunExpress physically receives your parcel and do not include order processing:

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, holidays, weather, and local delivery conditions may affect arrival times. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. A delay or a gap in tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a parcel is lost.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact support@rainflowerstones.com with your order number and tracking details.
We will review the available tracking information and investigate with the carrier. Please allow a reasonable time for this investigation. We will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
Refunds or other remedies will be determined according to the circumstances and your rights under applicable consumer law. Carrier investigations do not suspend or limit those rights.
Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched.
